What happens on the day?
Arrive from 09:00
For a hot drink, breakfast and a chat.
09:30 start with an intro to the day and what the options are.
Paddling, socialising or both.
13:00 light lunch
Paddling, socialising or both.
16:00 BBQ for everyone!
Want to paddle in a Dragon Boat?
There is no pressure on you to get in the dragon boat whatsoever, and you can do none or all of the dragon boat sessions.
Bring clothes you would normally wear for sports activities.
You may get a little wet so bring a change of clothes with you.
All equipment will be provided including paddles and buoyancy aids.
You will be instructed and monitored by a qualified coach at all times.
How much will it cost?
TOTALLY FREE for serving and former armed forces personnel with impairment. We maybe able to help with your transportation costs too!
Under £10 for those who are not armed forces personnel with impairment to cover the basic costs.
The Charity income is used to make attendance at events free or very low cost. Including international events.
